Returns

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. 

Our policy stands for up to 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. No refunds will be given unless the item is damaged.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards, Jewelry, Personalized Accessories.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regularly priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 775 Spartan Blvd Ste 108 Spartanburg, SC 29301

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we have received your returned product, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
